MARKPROOF COOLCOAT
DESCRIPTION
MARKPROOF COOLCOAT is a high build flexible, elastomeric aqueous based waterproofing coating, Containing special polymer and fillers. MARKPROOF COOLCOAT provides extremely long lasting protective coating that creates a thermal barrier which stands severe temperature and changes and provides long lasting protection against wind and rain. It protects concrete against attack from atmospheric carbon dioxide, airborne, chlorides, acid, rain, weathering etc. MARKPROOF COOLCOAT is a ready to use, ensuring waterproofing. It also provides extremely tough decorative waterproof coating, which allows breathing the surface.

USES
- For concrete, asbestos sheet, Waterproof and roofing materials.
- For waterproofing and protection in all types of foundations, toilets, sunken slab, sub-soil structure, septic tank, and basement.
TYPICAL APPLICATION
Surface Preparation
The surface to be coated must be sound, clean, and free of all traces of paint, dust, grease, efflorescence, loose particles, gypsum plaster and curing or moulds release compounds. Any damage or concrete defect should be repaired in advance. Cracks opened to approximately 2 cm in depth. Superficial steel bars cleaned and exposed all around. Similarly patch all holes, voids and honeycombs. These repairs can be done using any crack fill compound. Thoroughly wash down and saturate surface with water, but leave no free standing water.
Application
The prepared surface should be thoroughly wetted with water for absorption and excess water should be removed. MARKPROOF COOLCOAT should be applied in 2/3 uniform coats. Mixed MARKPROOF COOLCOAT will remain for 20 minutes. 2 to 3 coats are recommended for perfect waterproof.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
Shelf life of 12 months in unopened containers when kept in dry conditions at a temperature between 5’C to 45’C. Storage at higher temperature or high humidity may reduce shelf life.
HEALTH & SAFETY
MARKPROOF COOLCOAT should not come into contact with skin, eyes or be swallowed. Glasses, goggles and protective overalls should be worn during application. Refer Material Safety Data Sheet for further information.
