MARKPUMP
DESCRIPTION
MARKPUMP is a specially formulated anionicpolymer for the lubrication of concrete pumps, hoses and pipelines prior to concreting works. MARKPUMP when comes in contact with water produces a ‘greasy’ Ailm which helps to lubricate the pipe walls and facilitates problem free pumping of cementitious mixes by reducing line pressure.Besides these, it is environmentally safe and contains no bentonite, cementitious materials, soaps or air entraining agents. It eliminates problems associated with the use of bentonite or similar materials for pump priming. Additionally, it reduces wear on equipment when starting a job.

- Reduces friction and line pressure
of clean tap water and mix for 1-2 minutes. A sticky oily texture will develop. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes. Add 55-60 litre of clean tap water in the hopper. Now remix slurry for 1 minute and add into the hopper. It will allow the slurry to be charged in the system ahead of the concrete

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
- One pack (210 g) of MARKPUMP is mixed with 20 litres of water either in drum or in the hopper of the concrete pump till greasy condition is achieved.
- In Concrete Pumps, Hoses and Pipeline
MIXING RATIO
1 pouch of 210 grams markpump gives up 120 litre pipe line lubricating slurry. MARKPUMP is used instead of Sand/Cement slurry made of 50 to 150 kg. cement and time for preparation of slurry.
USAGE INSTRUCTION
Add 1 pouch of 210 grams MARKPUMP in 20 litre.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It has a shelf life of 12 months. Pouch should be kept in sealed condition to prevent any reduction in shelf life Store the material below 35°C temperature. Freezing and exposure to heat & direct sunlight should be avoided.
